Title of consulting services provided: Wildlife Conservation and National Parks, Project Identification.

Description of services provided: The Company identified the need for a 6-month Design Mission which would develop a national strategy for wildlife conservation, a detailed project design, and a financing proposal for the Phase II of European Commission assistance to Wildlife Conservation in Botswana. The company prepared a concept note followed by Terms of Reference and a draft Financing Proposal for the mission.
